Fashioninn is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

- Reach out to us at support@fashioninn.shop and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Fashioninn is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@fashioninn.shop. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
9. Damaged Items During Shipping
