30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligible products for return include:
- Clothing (shirts, pants, shorts, jackets)
- Footwear (sneakers, boots, sandals, heels, slippers)
- Bags & backpacks (handbags, crossbody bags, tote bags, waist bags)
- Hats & headwear (fedoras, caps)
- Accessories (cooler bags, sports bags)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- With original tags still attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt
How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days

- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@fashioninn.shop so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Sale items (final sale)
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item (size, color, or style) is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the item you want. We carry a wide range of sizes and colors across our footwear, clothing, and bag collections.
International Returns (17+ Countries)
We ship internationally to countries including the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Poland, Switzerland, and more. International customers follow the same 30-day return policy. Please note:
- International return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Customs/duties paid on the original order are non-refundable

🇪🇺 European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Returned items must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, or Shop Pay)
- Processing time: within 10–15 business days
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund
